Request return or exchange within 72 hours of delivery

Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again

Section 1

Return & Exchange Time Frame

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days of receiving the order will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Section 2

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging box along with the invoice.
  • All original tags, labels, and barcodes must remain intact.

Section 3

Important Conditions

Single Exchange Policy

Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for any further exchange or return.

Incorrect Bangle Size

If an incorrect bangle size is selected by the customer, an additional ₹200 shipping fee will be charged for the exchange process.

Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to personal preference, such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Design preference

In such cases, only exchange will be offered, subject to stock availability.


Section 4

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Nose Pins
  • Nolaks
  • Tiklis priced below ₹300

Section 5

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value.
  • Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs wherever necessary.
  • For doorstep pickup services, a nominal fee of ₹100 per package will apply.
  • This charge will be waived only in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Wrong product delivery

Section 6

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To claim any issue related to:

  • Damage
  • Missing items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products

A clear and uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.

Without proper video proof, claims will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Section 8

Return Methods

a. Doorstep Pickup

We can arrange a pickup from your location at your convenience.

  • Pickup Charge: ₹100 per package
  • Free pickup for defective or wrongly delivered products

b. Self-Shipment

Customers may also return the parcel through any reliable courier service to the address provided by our support team.

  • The return shipment must be dispatched within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • After dispatch, kindly share the courier receipt or tracking/AWB number with us.

Section 9

Refund Process

Inspection

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds will be approved only if the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after successful inspection.

Deductions

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹100 will be deducted towards shipping charges.
  • COD Orders: ₹200 will be deducted for shipping and handling charges.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Customers will need to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Section 10

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
